We have partnered with TCS, a leading logistics company in Pakistan, to handle the delivery of your orders.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary depending on the size and weight of the order and the delivery location.
All applicable shipping charges will be displayed at the checkout before you finalize your purchase.
5. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
6. Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary based on your location and can range from 2-7 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to weather conditions, logistical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on the TCS website.
8. Receipt of Goods
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
If you are unavailable to receive your package, TCS will attempt to redeliver it the next business day.
9. Damaged or Lost Orders
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.
We will work with TCS to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.
10. Changes to Shipping Policy
